Zucchini, Chicken and Basil Lasagna

800 g tomato sauce

900 g zucchini
100 g hard cheese (Emmentaler, Parmesan...)

Preheat the oven to 220°C / Th 8-9.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop them with the basil using the Smooth Chopper.

In the MicroCook Round 1.5L, combine the contents of the Smooth Chopper, the tomato sauce, and the salt and pepper. Cover and microwave for 8 min. at 600 watts, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 2 min.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, then mince using the FusionMaster Mincer fitted with the Coarse Mincer Disc.

Slice the zucchini using the FusionMaster Grater: Slicer Cone.

Grate the cheese using the FusionMaster Grater: Coarse Cone.

In the UltraPro 3.5L, alternate layers of tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, zucchini slices and minced chicken. Finish with a layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Cover and bake for 30 min. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 min. Allow to stand for 10 min. before serving.
