Delivery & return timelines may be impacted due to COVID-19 situation

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

All successful orders received will be shipped by Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. All orders will be shipped out within 5-7 working days from the date of order.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and the lockdown levied by the governing authorities, please take a note of the below:

  • All orders received after 20th March, 2020 will be dispatched once the lockdown is over and government authorities allows to operate smoothy
  • Situations where the required product is out of stock and the same is ascertained during the time of dispatch, will be refunded at the earliest
  • Delivery timelines from the date of dispatch completely depends on the work force availability of the logistics companies. Certain areas may take additional time to deliver the product
  • In case the customer has placed the order and wishes to cancel during the wait period, refund will be initiated at the earliest.
  • Once the product is dispatched and the customer wishes to cancel, it will be subject to standard deductions.

Free Shipping is available on all orders above Rs. 999.

Rs. 99 will be charged during checkout for all orders below Rs. 999 for shipping and handling.

Returns Policy:

In case the customer wishes to return the product and the return is approved by us (to check eligibility, check returns policy), the customer need not worry. A reverse pickup will be arranged and 3PL logistics partners will collect the products from the customers end. The pickup will be done within 7 working days of raising the request. Only where the 3PL logistics partners cannot pick-up, we may request the customer to self-courier the product to us.

A customer is entitled to return the product in following conditions:

  1. There is a manufacturing defect with the products.
  2. The product is not as per the image shown on the site
  3. Wrong product delivered to the customer

For this the customer needs to meet the following conditions and ensure:

  1. The customer service team should be notified within 7 days of delivery
  2. The product is unused
  3. The product is not damaged
  4. The product should be returned in its original condition with the Bar code / MRP sticker on the cover of the product

The customer service representative may ask the customer to share the images of the product, MRP sticker to initiate the returns process.

All products will go through the Quality Check (QC) process and then only refund / exchange will be further processed. This process may take upto 7 – 25 working days. In case the product fails the QC process, the product will be re-shipped to the customer.

The amount paid by the customer during the transaction will be refunded to the customers. Any coupon code or discounts availed during the order will not be reimbursed or re-activated.
