Potato Surprises

Ingredients(6 people)
1 large starchy potato (± 250 g)
20 g butter
1/2 tsp dry active yeast (± 2 ml)
100 g small bacon cubes
1 medium egg
75 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
70 g all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
1 tsp sesame or poppy seeds (± 5 ml)
50 g mozzarella

Thoroughly wash the potato and prick the skin with a fork. Place it into the MicroCook Pitcher 1L, add 1 tbsp water (± 15 ml), cover and microwave for 6-7 min. at 600 watts. Allow to stand for 2 min.

Drain and peel the potato, then mash it in the EZ Mix N Store 1.25L using the Potato Masher. Add the butter and dry yeast, stir until you have a smooth texture and set aside.

Preheat the oven to Th 6 / 180°c without convection.

Place the bacon cubes into the clean MicroCook Pitcher, cover and microwave for 2 min. at 600 watts, allow to stand for 1 min. and drain.

Add the egg, grated parmesan, flour and salt into the mashed potato while mixing and until you have a smooth texture.

Place the SBF Mini Football on the cold oven rack and sprinkle some seeds at the center of each cavity. Divide the potato mixture evenly in all cavities.

Create a small hole in the middle of the potato mixture in each cavity. Divide the diced mozzarella and bacon cubes in the six holes, then cover mozzarella and bacon by pushing back some potato mixture over it.

Gently pack the potato mixture with the back of a tablespoon.

Place the rack at the lowest level in the oven and bake for approx. 30 min.

Allow to stand for 1-2 min. then unmold and serve with a green salad.
