No Bake Chocolate & Coconut Pops

25 g dark chocolate
50 g dry grated coconut
50 g mascarpone (room temperature)
25 g sugar
25 g dark chocolate for assembling
12 wooden skewers (± 10 cm)

Break 25 g dark chocolate into even pieces and place into the MicroCook Pitcher 1L. Cover and microwave for 1 min. at 360 watts, stir, microwave again for 45 sec. Allow to stand for 1 min. then stir until chocolate is completely melted. Microwave again for 20 sec. if needed.

Add the grated coconut, mascarpone, sugar and mix immediately using the Silicone Spatula, until you have a consistent mixture.

Place the SBF Mini Dome into the Freezer Mates Large Low 2.25L and evenly divide the coconut and chocolate mixture in the 24 cavities. Press gently with the back of a teaspoon and freeze for 30 min. or refrigerate for 2h.

Melt the remaining 25 g chocolate like in step 1 then assemble the domes with some melted chocolate and stick on a skewer.
