For the dough
30 g butter
2 tbsp honey (± 30 ml)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (± 30 ml)
1 medium egg
 
For the filling
15 g pine nuts, almond or pistachios
1 tbsp honey (± 15 ml)
12 wooden skewers (± 10 cm)

Remove the rack from the oven and preheat to Th 5 / 150°C in convection mode.

Add 2 tbsp honey, flour, egg and mix using the KPT Beater.

Place the SBF Mini Dome on the cold oven rack and divide the mixture evenly in the 24 cavities.

Bake for approx. 15 min. then allow to stand for 10 min. before unmolding.

Chop the pine nuts using the Herb Chopper. Remove the blades and add 1 tbsp honey. Assemble the domes with this mixture and stick them on wooden skewers.
