400 g broccoli
400 g carrots
75 ml lemon juice
8 parsley springs
4 tsp mustard (± 20 ml)
3 tbsp olive oil (± 45 ml)
salt and pepper

Chop the broccoli in 2 batches using the Extra Chef.

Peel the carrots and chop them, also in 2 batches.

Using the Cooks Maid, juice the lemon and measure to have 75 ml juice (5 tbsp)

In the That’s A Bowl Junior 2,75L, mix the carrots, broccoli, and lemon juice. Cover and allow to marinate for 30 min.

Chop the parsley using the Extra Chef. Add it to the vegetables. Then add all the remaining ingredients, mix using the Silicone Spatula and serve.
