Crunchy Guacamole Mini Domes

1 avocado
2 tsp lime juice (± 10 ml)
2 drops chili sauce
Salt
24 tortilla chips
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out into the Herb Chopper. Add the lime juice, chili sauce, salt and blend until you have a smooth texture.
Place the SBF Mini Dome in the Freezer Mates Large Low 2.25L. Evenly divide the guacamole in the 24 cavities and flatten the top.
Freeze for at least 4h.
Unmold each guacamole mini dome on a tortilla chips and allow to thaw at room temperature for approx. 45 min. before serving.
