110 g honey
100 g oats
75 g various seeds like sunflower, pumpkin or sesame

Preheat the oven to 150°C / Th 5 in convection mode.

In the MicroCook Pitcher 1L, pour the honey, cover, and microwave for 30 sec. at 600 watts. Add the remaining ingredients and mix using the Silicone Spatula.

Place the SBF Waffle on a cold oven rack.

Divide the contents of the MicroCook Pitcher into the cavities of the SBF Waffle and pack gently using the Silicone Spatula.

Bake for 23 to 25 min. Waffles must have a nice golden brown color.

Allow to cool before unmolding.
