1/2 garlic clove
15 g shallot
3 sprigs basil or parsley
150 g cream cheese
Salt and pepper
24 salt round crackers

Step

Peel the garlic and shallot, then chop with the basil or parsley leaves using the Herb Chopper. Add cream cheese, salt, pepper and blend again.

Place the SBF Mini Dome in the Freezer Mates Large Low 2.25L. Evenly divide the cream cheese mixture in the 24 cavities and flatten the top.

Freeze for at least 4h.

Unmold each mini dome on a salty round cracker and allow to thaw at room temperature for approx. 45 min. before serving.
