Chocolate and Orange Football Brownies

130 g dark chocolate
80 g butter
2 medium eggs
80 g sugar
30 g all-purpose flour
1 orange (zested)
Preheat the oven to Th 6 / 180°C without convection.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it into the MicroCook Pitcher 1L. Add the butter, cover and microwave for 1 min 30 sec. at 600 watts. Allow to stand for 2 min. and stir using the Silicone Spatula.
Using the Speedy Chef, whisk the eggs and sugar for approx. 20 sec. Add the contents of the MicroCook Pitcher, flour, orange zest and stir using the KPT Beater.
Place the SBF Mini Football on the cold oven rack and evenly divide the contents of the Speedy Chef into the six cavities.
Place the rack at the lowest level in the oven and bake for approx. 25 min.
Allow to stand for 5-10 min. before unmolding.
