INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

  • 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 6 Leftover Rotis / Paranthas
  • 2-3 Coriander sprigs (finely chopped)
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Mango powder (amchur)
  • ¼ Tropical Cup Peanuts
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Tear the leftover rotis and place in the  Smart Chopper and chop. Keep aside.

  2. Using Trayam Saucepan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow them to crackle on medium heat. Add peanuts and let them roast on medium flame.

  3. Add chopped onion and sauté till the onion becomes translucent.

  4. Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur and salt. Sauté and mix well on low flame.

  6. Add chopped roti to the above masala. Mix well. Sprinkle 2 tbsp water and sugar. Mix well. Cover the Inspire Series Sauce Pan and close the vent. Cook for 1 minute on low flame.

  7. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with lemon.
