INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)

  • 1 Tropical Cup Boiled Rajma
  • ½ Onion
  • ¼ Tropical Cup Coriander
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • ¼ Tropical Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Tropical Cup Yellow Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Tropical Cup Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ Tomato
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Using the Smart Chopper . chop and mix rajma, onions, coriander, lime juice, red, green and yellow bell peppers, tomato, green chilli and salt, till a spreadable consistency is achieved.

  2. Spread on toasted bread. Garnish with coriander and diced bell peppers. Serve.
