Tex Mex Red Bean Spread

INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)
- 1 Tropical Cup Boiled Rajma
- ½ Onion
- ¼ Tropical Cup Coriander
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- ¼ Tropical Cup Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ Tropical Cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- ¼ Tropical Cup Green Bell Pepper
- ½ Tomato
- 1 Green Chilli
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Using the Smart Chopper . chop and mix rajma, onions, coriander, lime juice, red, green and yellow bell peppers, tomato, green chilli and salt, till a spreadable consistency is achieved.

Spread on toasted bread. Garnish with coriander and diced bell peppers. Serve.
