INGREDIENTS (4 PEOPLE)
- ¼ Tropical Cup Condensed milk
- ½ Tropical Cup Buttermilk
- ¼ Tropical Cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Tropical Cup Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder (daal chini)
- 1 Tropical Cup Carrot (grated)
- 2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Raisins (kishmish)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven 180° Celsius.

In the Wonderlier Bowl add condensed milk, buttermilk, olive oil, vanilla extract and vinegar. Using Whisk stir till smooth and well combined.

With the Spatula fold in the wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and pinch of salt.

Add grated carrot, almonds and raisins.

Transfer the cake batter into silicone mould Bake cake at 180° Celsius for 30-40 minutes.

Cover with cream frosting and garnish with sprinkles.
