Tandoori Chicken

150 g sour cream (± 5.5 oz.)
5 tsp tandoori spice (± 25 ml)
2 tsp paprika (± 10 ml)
1 tsp lemon juice (± 5 ml)
3 tbsp panko bread crumbs (± 45 ml)
400 g boneless and skinless chicken breast

In a Modular Bowl, mix sour cream, the spices and the lemon juice. Add panko and mix well.

Wash the chicken, slice notches in the filets with the Filleting Knife. Place chicken (notch side up) in the MicroPro Series Grill and spread the topping on the chicken. Place the cover on the casserole/high position

Microwave for 7 min. at 900 watts.

For well done, add 1-2 min.

Tip: Substitute the chicken with a salmon filet (without the skin)
