Potato Wedges

900 g medium size potatoes (±5 cm / 2 in. long) (±2 lbs)
30 ml olive oil (±2 tbsp)
10 ml dry herbs (thyme, oregano…) (±2 tsp)
5 ml turmeric, paprika or curry powder (±1 tsp)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for greasing

Preheat the oven to Th 7 / 210°C / 410°F with convection.

Scrub the potatoes under running water or rub them with sea salt in a cloth to clean them. Wash and dry them well. Do not peel. Cut into 4 or 6 wedges lengthwise.

Place them in the Ultimate Mixing Bowl 3.5L, add oil, herbs and spices of your choice, salt and pepper. Seal the bowl and shake until thoroughly combined.

Add potatoes to a lightly oiled baking sheet*, making sure to space them evenly.

Bake for approx. 30 min., flipping them every 10 min.
