Mango and Pineapple Sorbet

300 g mango (peeled)
300 g pineapple (peeled)
60 g powdered sugar
In advance: Dice the fruit using the Chef Press Dicer 15 mm, then freeze it in the Freezer Mates Large Low 2.25L for at least 8 h.
Allow the fruit to stand for 15-20 min. after you take it out of the freezer. Mix it with the powdered sugar using the Silicone Spatula and prepare the sorbet using the FusionMaster Sorbet Maker. To give a twist to the flavor of your sorbet, sprinkle with dry shredded coconut before serving.
